Cuchillo Restaurant


Mrs Friday 上次食過後贊不絕口,說一定要帶我嚟食。Cuchillo主打南美洲inspired菜色。晚上餐廳越夜越有氣氛。我們點了帶子ceviche配蟹餅(Diver Caught Peruvian Scallop Ceviche),炸木薯條(Yuca Frita),燒蝦taco(Wild Argentine Prawn Tostada Tacos)和鑊仔煎黑魚(Pan Roasted BC Sablefish)。
帶子ceviche乾淨淨,冇撈檸檬汁,都唔係嗰回時,但個小蟹餅足料香囗好吃。燒蝦taco最好吃,燒蝦放了黑椒,燒得好看又好惹味。taco係炸脆了的硬殼,不是一般的薄身粟米殻。鑊仔煎黑魚普普通通。十多年前係Whistler吃過如牛油般又滑又香的黑魚已可一不可再。
是我偷心,餐後甜品點了today special嘅Angle cake。個蛋糕死死實實何來Angle?破壞了整晚的一餐。
