Unchai Thai Restaurant


同事話依間泰國餐廳rating好高。星期五放工就一齊嚟試一試。餐廳只有5丶6張枱。我哋嚟到外面已經有人排隊,好彩客人吃就走,我哋兩個人等咗半個鐘就有位。

Waitress姐姐介紹Boat Noodles Soup和Pad Si Ew with Chicken。我們再加炸雞翼,因為見到差不多枱枱都有點。雞翼炸得超脆超乾身,食到尾都重好脆。配特製蝦皮魚露一起吃好好食。Boat Noodles Soup嘅湯底有豬紅,多重步驟不容易食到。但我覺得味道冇乜特別。

Pad Si Ew係Waitress姐姐個人推介。我第一次食,麵質地係好似陳村粉,師傅炒得很入味,夠乾身,又有鑊氣。加少少餐廳特制辣椒粉一齊食更加正。

雖然吃得很飽但也點了芒果糯米飯。糯米飯加了蝶豆花所以藍色。配冰凉芒果雪芭和濃淍的椰漿好正!
